At ZandaX we are pleased to offer scholarship awards for college and university students
There's no doubt that being a student nowadays is tough, especially when it comes to finances. On top of the traditional demands of high living costs and looming debt afterwards, the disastrous effects of the COVID pandemic will take years to overcome.
Student financing is a bigger problem than ever. A survey by Save The Student reported a massive 71% of students saying they're worried about having enough money to get by. And a study by Student Money Saver showed that a crazy 41% of the students have gone without food in the past because of money concerns, with 29% saying they can't afford to put the heating on when it's cold. And this was before COVID...
Many students get a part time job - but this often isn't enough and many still resort to borrowing money from family or good friends ... or even banks. But many students are dropping out altogether...
This must be addressed, and a great way to receive extra funding is through a scholarship. So to relieve some of the pressure and help students with their finances, at ZandaX, we are offering a great new scholarship program.

The ZandaX scholarship comprises $1,000 in annual awards for college, university, high school or trade school students.
There's no specific course of study required, and you can use the money in the way you feel benefits your studies the most.
There will be two scholarship awards of $500 every year, the first from February to July and the second from August to January, as follows:
In any period, you can enter up to three times. but you are limited to one award.
When the next period begins, you can start over, though you cannot re-submit a winning entry.
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:
To apply, please answer ONE of the following questions:
Choose your tone, and your style (comedy is fine if it's relevant). Be yourself and do your best!
Entries can be made in either video or blog article format.
1. Select ONE of the questions from the list above
2. Create a short video (no more than 4 minutes) answering your selected question. This can be you speaking to the camera (webcam), a movie or a slide presentation
3. Upload the video to YouTube and put 'ZandaX Scholarship' as the title
4. You must also provide a link* to this page inside the description area. Use your own words in and around the link
5. When you have completed these steps, fill out the form below
1. Select ONE of the questions from the list above
2. Write a short blog article on your selected question (500-1,000 words)
3. Publish the article on your blog (it can be yours or a friend's). Choose your own title for the article
4. You must also provide a link* to this page either within the article or at the end of it. Use your own words in and around the link
5. When you have completed these steps, fill out the form below
* IMPORTANT: we want to publicize the scholarship as widely as possible, to give as many people as possible the chance to enter, so you must provide a link to this page (as specified in item 4 above) in order to qualify for judging. This link must be "clickable" - i.e. when you click the text, you are taken to the the page. Your entry must also be freely viewable on the web (e.g. not hidden behind a password, or on a private blog).
Please don't waste your hard work, because if your entry doesn't contain this link, or isn't freely viewable, it will be disqualified!
